Welcome to the draft review for the Destination Management Action Plans (DMAPs) 2026-2028. Your comment is private and will only be shared with the HTA DMAP team.
For this review period, each island's draft DMAP has been combined into one document. Use the cards below to jump to an island DMAP of your choice. Each DMAP provides background on the island's visitor economy and stewardship needs, and then identifies two to three priority hotspots based on community input and quantitative data. Under each priority hotspot HTA is proposing a handful of measurable, time-gated actions, informed by public input, that we can undertake in partnership with other state and county agencies or community stakeholders. The focus of these DMAPs are priority hotspots. Other actions are also proposed that might complement site-specific actions.
